Image courtesy of Encore Landscape Lighting We've designed and installed a number of low voltage landscape lights for long time clients with great results. We're happy to announce that we're now ready to add landscape lighting to our regular line up of services! Like any landscape product, outdoor lights come in a myriad of shapes, colors, sizes, price points, up lighting, down lighting, etc. It can be mind boggling to try to sort it out on your own, and even if you did, how can you be sure that you'll like the end product?! Well....funny you should ask! Guess who has a sample kit that can be set up right in your own landscape, so you can try it- before you buy it? We do! That's right- give us a call and we'll come to your home, talk over your options, set up our custom light kit: two path lights, a flood light and a deep shrouded uplight, plug it in and let you try out the night light right in your own yard. How easy is that?! I've discovered a new product (well, someone on a landscaper's forum actually pointed it out) that I think has fabulous potential! It's a 95% recycled material paving brick. Yup, looks like a brick, smells like a tire. I'm hopeful that fades- we'll bring the samples back in for a sniff test here eventually. It comes in many colors and a few sizes. There are three exciting points that makes it an interesting option: 1. It can be used as a permeable surface (driveway, patio, sidewalk) when installed over gravel 2. It can be used to resurface existing wood decks or concrete patios. 3. It can easily be cut into intricate designs for patio inlays. Check it out here: http://vastpavers.com/ Then, call us and we'll talk about how to use them. Flat roofs, driveways, walkways, patios, decks, staircases, oh...the possiblities!
